We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • You must contact our customer service before sending any item back.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Hygiene products (such as swimwear, underwear, and lingerie) cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior contact will be denied.

Returns Due to Customer Reasons
If the return is initiated for reasons attributable to the customer (such as personal preference, incorrect size selection, or ordering error), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific shipping cost will be determined based on the express carrier selected by the customer.

Returns Due to Our Reasons
If the return is due to our error, including but not limited to receiving damaged goods or incorrect items, the customer will not be required to bear any return shipping fees.

    • Clear images of the received products
    • Reason for return
  3. Wait for instructions from our customer service team before shipping your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Average return shipping costs are approximately 15–20 € (depending on your location and courier).
